trying to attach a photo to free emb design and for some reason it won't attach? I have loads of space, haven't had any error messages? is it user error? Thanks

This is an ongoing problem that we have been having. We are aware of it and are trying to fix it. Keep trying. It will eventually go through.

Since you say you don't get an error message I would guess your pushing the wrong button. You push the "Add an Attachment" button to get the browsw button and comment space. Once you brose to your photo you have to press the "Add Attachment" button next to the comment box. After the system works and pulls the file up to the server it will give you the screen back. If you did the process correctly you will get a "Posted Attachments" button. At that point you can either add another attachment or press the "Submit" button. If you press the "Posted Attachments" button first it will show that one file is attached and give you the other area to add a new attachment.
