Why am I unable to download zip files from this site?

PLEASE HELP!!!!
I have a problem downloading zip files from this site. When I try to download a zip file, the downloading block just give me two options: either as a file or as a document - I even tried the option of "save as". None of them is giving any file extensions. I can download the pes files without any problem, and I can download zip files from other sites as well. What could be the problem and how can I rectify it?

If you are signed in then you should be able to download designs.
Left click on your mouse and save or
Right click and select option " save target as"
