Wouldnt it been a good idea to have deleted all references to the subject then rather than leaving members to think OldMare was being unfair in her message ? See thats the trouble when you start to delete messages without making sure you remove all references to it.... it can easily cause misunderst...

now thats interesting .. if you do in the hoop your get 345 hits ... if you put in in-the-hoop you get 113 hits the top hole and 3 with the bottom hole I've only selected the free projects each time I've done a search something isnt quite right here but I'm not sure what and I've never seen it where...

both are giving me exactly the same amount of results thats what had me puzzled

I'm trying to do a search in the free projects forum for in the hoop things ...like the business card holder Is there a way I can get the search box to look specifically for the words in the hoop at the moment everything I try just gives me hits for messages that have any of the words not necessaril...

just have to ask ... why in pm's there is nothing secret or private about the question

I'll just stick to logging off and back in

only thing that could be different is if you have chosen to keep yourself logged in

I doubt very much that it is the computer as it does this on 2 different computers, 1 at home and 1 at work

when u log in they all show up ... then log out and log in again and you will see no messages does that make sense ?

I dont use IE ... and its not my cache ...

I use Opera dont get the nasties that IE gives you

I've since found out the person has been banned and it seems when the messages are deleted the ones in your inbox are deleted as well

bit of a pain in the butt ...

The user in question no longer has any posts on here at all which is what makes me believe that my inbox got hit as well
