I am looking for a recipe for the white sauce they serve you in mexican resturants with chips they give you a bowl of salsa and a bowl of the white sauce its not the cheese dip it taste like it has micicle whip and milk and maybe red pepper most recipes online have garlic and oregano and cumin but I dont taste these or see this it is a creamy white sauce with a sweet yet spicy taste :D hope some one will give up the true recipe!!!!

This one is probably one you have already found with the Miracle Whip. Maybe experiment and leave out the cumin and garlic.

Walmart sells it, and all you have to do is add diced jalopeno peppers to it. It's called Ricos White Queso Blanco, comes in a 15 oz can. I don't think it's on the isle where the taco's etc are I believe we got it along where the velveeta cheese would be. The diced jalopeno peppers are in the same area as the tacos etc. We made some and you couldn't tell the difference between it and what you get in the mexican resturants. Yummy stuff!!

There's some on ebay with a picture of the can, so you will know what you're looking for when you go to walmart. It's no where near the price they want for it in this auction.

Try using the name of the restaurant plus white sauce as keywords many times poplular restaurant recipes have been posted by those that try to duplicate the recipes I've had luck in the past finding the shrimp rolls recipe etc from a favorite seafood restauant if others like it too you can bet it's been duplicated and posted on the net
