Have seen this kind of recipe b/4 BUT not this easy...and tastes GREAT>>>>>

1 Angel food cake mix - SINGLE STEP
1 Cake Mix - Any flavor..Preferably same brand as Angel food (I used Lemon this time)

Mix the 2 dry mixes together in bowl or bag.... When ready to make use:

1/3 Cup dry mix Store remaining dry mix in air tight container.
3 TBSP. Water Will last a long time

Mix together in cup and place in 1,000 Watt microwave for 1 minute.....Let stand for 1 minute, turn out
onto plate and enjoy...

DO NOT GREASE CUP....YOU NEVER GREASE AN ANGEL FOOD PAN....

The first time we made this we used a rich chocolate cake mix. I was skeptical at first because I thought it would stick to the mug. We added a dollop of whipped cream while the cake was still a little warm. Talk about a yummy treat! I need to try different cake mix flavors. I think this is a good snack for anyone looking for something under 100 calories.
