I was in the mountains over the weekend and had some fudge from a shop called Chocolate Caramel Nut Fudge and it was to die for. It was chocolate fudge on top and then the bottom has caramel and nuts. Does anyone know of a recipe close to this.

I love the old fashioned fudge recipes that do not have marshmallow cream in them. Thanks for the link. I have never been on this sight before and was totally engrossed. Loved the videos too.
