This is by debra Murray..I tried it tonight using strawberries and oh my lord its quick and delicious. Its made in the food processor in about 3 minuetes. You can use any kind of frozen fruit you like just make sure its frozen.

20 ounces of frozen fruit very frozen ( I only had 16 ounces and it came out so good)
1 package of instant pudding mix not dissolved
2 cups of heavy cream
1/2 cup of powdered sugar

Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of the food processor using your S blade. Secure the lid and pulse 3 times, then turn on the power switch and process to desired smoothness (for me it was about 2 to 3 minuetes).

I know its cold outside right now for ice cream but I snuggled up in a blanket and ate some.

Thanks...this sounds good and I just bought a bag of frozen blueberries!

Let me know how it comes out with blueberries if you try it thats my next attemt is with blueberries.
