Does anyone have any ideas how to make these? I have a lot of ham leftover from the holidays that I can grind with my new grinder but now what kind of seasoning do you use?

I tried that, but it looks like she only sells the ham sausage any ideas on how to make it

Thanks anyway. Now talk about brave here's what I did I ground the ham in the grinder and added a roll of pork sausage mixed it with my hands and made patties put them on a cookie sheet into the freezer(not covered ) for about 1 hour ,took them off the cookie sheet and put them in a freezer bag And of course fried one up ,tasted great.
