I make this all the time:

1 pkg. sugar free pudding *
1 pkg. sugar free jello *
1 container of fat free cool whip

1. Make jello according to directions (1cup boiling water/1cup cold water)
2. Then add powdered pudding mix (dry) to jello and whisk
3. Fold in cool whip

**When I use orange jello I use vanilla pudding mix
When I use lemon jello I use Lemon pudding mix

I have never seen this recipe-sounds great for diabetics when the sweet tooth urges hit.

I have to tell you that I was absolutely amazed at the flavor of this salad. Its actually more of a dessert then a salad. I can tell you that my husband who is a diabetic thinks he has died and gone to heaven! And that this will be a favorite that I will take to potlucks everywhere. I am also going to try making one with lemon jello and lemon pudding leaving out the fruit. It reminds me of one that I used to love in a truck stop where we used to live. Thanks so much for making my day! Linda

sounds so yummy and low in WW points. I'm trying to get back on track--this sounds like the trick to help!
