These cake carriers were a hit with my children's preschool teachers! They LOVED them...I even had some moms following me down the preschool hall wanting my card!

These are so cute! I have been looking for some of the cake carriers but all I've been able to find are the ones with colored handles and clips. Do you mind sharing where you found yours? I can sure see why these were a hit with the teachers!

I use the outdoor vinyl - and only 1 letter/monogram and polka-dots all around.

I am new to circuit but love all the ideas and things I can do with it! Can you please tell me the difference between outdoor vinyl and the vinyl you purchase at the craft store? Will the vinyl at the craft store work on the cake takers as well? Also, love the dots! Are those on a cartridge or can you get a file to work in SCAL, which I have also? I appreciate your help and information so very much and hope I will be able to imitate your great ideas soon!
Betty

I don't purchase the Cricut vinyl from craft stores. I get the Oracal Outdoor vinyl - that has a 6 year durability. I've washed it several times with no problems.
I also have MTC - Make-The-Cut and made the dots from importing the shaped circles. I do not use cartridges.
Hope this helps!

I love all the carriers and have made some myself until now. I have an order for 5 carriers, but of course can't find any anywhere. All our Walmarts are out and target didn't have them either. I guess they have become very popular.
