Does anyone have a recipe for a no-bake confection using Golden Grahams, white chocolate, cranberries and nuts? I have tried many recipe searches.
Thanks.

Is this like a bark? Don't have an actual recipe but I would try melting a bag of wafers/chips and just stirring in the ingredients you want. Add a bit at a time till you're happy then spread it out on parchment paper or drop in clusters. Worst case would be that you don't like it. It would only cost you the ingredients.

Hi,
I found several recipes similar to what you want on Cooks.com. It looks as though you melt the chocolate and then add the ingredients you like. Here is a link to one of the recipes, but there are several others also.

I appreciate your replies. I can experiment with proportions and cannot go too far wrong, whatever the result it will be coated with white chocolate and that is good enough for me!!!
Thanks
Doreen

my friend, jennifer, makes this all the time.

line cookie sheet w/ parchment, wax paper or non-stick foil.

one box of golden grahams
one small container of *beep* peanuts
1/2 - 1 bag of craisins

mix these together in large bowl, set aside. melt 2-4 white almond bark squares in microwave, according to directions. drizzle melted chocolate over ingredients in bowl and stir until everything is well coated. pour contents of bowl onto cookie sheet and spread w/ spoon. let dry then break apart and serve.

love this stuff!

I was given this recipe several months ago and thought I lost it. I found your post and now I found the recipe and am passing it on.

White Trash
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 ½ cup Golden graham cereal
¾ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup slivered almonds

1. Chop graham cereal into smaller pieces. (Try using food processer.)
2. Mix cereal, cranberries and almonds together
3. Put white chocolate chips in medium size microwaveable bowl, and microwave for 40 seconds at ½ power. Stir to see if melted. If not, microwave additional seconds as needed at ½ power.
(For microwave at Monterey Lane press time cook then 40 then power level 5)
4. As soon as white chocolate chips are melted begin adding dry mixture TO THE MELTED CHOCOLATE. Continue to add mixture as long as you feel there is sufficient chocolate to coat.
5. Grease a cookie sheet or line the cookie sheet with wax paper. Drop the mixture by spoonful onto pan. (Can use spoon but fingers seem to do better job.)
6. Refrigerate and let set at least one hour.

You're welcome. I signed up with an email address I don't use frequently. My husband enjoys these immensely.
