This is sooo good!!!

Dissolve 2 small boxes of Lemon Jello in 2 cups of hot (not boiling) water. Cool.

Add 1 large container Cool Whip and 1 can of lemon pie filling. Mix well and chill if serving as salad or custard.

Can add to a baked pie shell and top with Cool whip or a meringue to serve.

Comment: we loved it so, I have bought cherry Jello and pie filling to try next!

Sounds good. I will have to try that recipe. Peach jello and peach pie filling or lime jello and lime pie filling or stawberry jello and strawberry pie filling or blueberry pie filling. The possiblilies are endless.
